Bendy Music teams up with Precision Audio Sonics to document an organic musical happening. Guest artist include music artists from Big Sky and Sound Journey (Division by Zero). Engineers John Davis and Andy Snavley built a dual recording system: One was comprised entirely of an analog approach with individual instrument microphones through a custom Precision Audio Sonics console and printed to 2” 24 track. The other was built around a digital full 5.1 surround sound audience perspective approach. “Each recording stands on its own, as a complete music experience. The analog system is perfect for stereo listening, that we will use for the CD release. The surround sound recording will complement the Blu-Ray / DVD release of the event, placing the viewer in the room with the musicians and audience.” says Snavley.
